Our robotic system cleans agreed, accessible hull surfaces that are suitable for its cleaning method.Professional divers complement the robotic service by manually cleaning agreed underwater components and hard-to-reach areas, including propellers, shafts, rudders and other accessible fittings. The areas treated depend on your vessel's design, condition, coating compatibility, underwater visibility and safe access. We assess the scope before undertaking work and document the areas cleaned, visible observations and any untreated areas in the service report.
Robotic cleaning and professional diving are complementary methods. Our robotic system provides scheduled maintenance of suitable, accessible hull surfaces, helping manage biofouling through regular cleaning.Professional divers clean agreed underwater components and hard-to-reach areas that require manual attention, such as propellers, shafts and rudders.Diving is performed at the scheduled intervals included in your selected CARE programme, rather than during every robotic visit. Some conditions may still require haul-out, specialist repairs or antifouling work outside our standard maintenance services.
We offer flexible underwater maintenance options based on your vessel's condition, usage and maintenance requirements.ONE-OFF: A single robotic hull cleaning visit with visual observations and a digital service report. Professional diving cleaning may be arranged separately.CARE 4: Four scheduled robotic cleaning visits and one initial professional diving clean over 12 months.CARE 6: Six scheduled robotic cleaning visits and two professional diving cleans, scheduled every six months.CARE 12: Twelve scheduled robotic cleaning visits and two professional diving cleans, scheduled every six months. For owners seeking complete scheduled care above and below the waterline, CARE 360° combines a selected underwater maintenance programme with agreed exterior washing and detailing services. We recommend the appropriate programme following a vessel assessment.
We consider your vessel's usage, berth location, seasonal conditions, antifouling coating and the type and extent of marine growth observed.CARE 4 provides approximately quarterly visits, CARE 6 approximately bi-monthly visits, and CARE 12 approximately monthly visits. The timing may be adjusted to suit vessel condition, weather, access and operational requirements. No fixed maintenance interval can guarantee that all marine growth will be prevented.
Suitability depends on the coating type, age and condition, together with the fouling present. We assess the coating before cleaning and use controlled contact on suitable areas. We may leave an area untreated or stop cleaning if continuing could cause unnecessary damage. If the coating is deteriorated or unsuitable, we explain the findings and recommend another approach.
You receive a digital service report with before and after images of the areas treated, a record of the work completed, visible underwater observations and any recommended follow-up.Where access and visibility allow, we also record the condition of components such as propellers, shafts, seawater intakes and anodes. The report documents what was reasonably visible at the time. It does not replace a marine survey, engineering inspection or specialist assessment.
Our CARE 4, CARE 6 and CARE 12 programmes focus on scheduled underwater hull maintenance, combining robotic cleaning with professional diving at defined intervals.CARE 360° extends this approach by incorporating scheduled exterior yacht washing and detailing into one coordinated annual care programme, with a personalised service schedule and agreed monthly fee.Underwater hull care and yacht detailing can also be booked independently. CARE 360° is not required to access these services.
CARE 360° is a personalised 12-month yacht care programme with an agreed monthly fee.Following your yacht assessment, we prepare a proposal outlining the scheduled underwater cleaning, professional diving, exterior washing and detailing services included in your programme.Your monthly fee is based on the agreed annual scope and service schedule, rather than the number of visits completed in any particular month.Any additional services outside your programme are discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
Yes. Our underwater hull care and yacht detailing services are available independently. You can arrange a one-off underwater cleaning, select a scheduled CARE 4, CARE 6 or CARE 12 underwater maintenance programme, or request individual exterior washing and specialist detailing services.CARE 360° is designed for owners who prefer to combine these services under one coordinated annual programme, but it is not required to access them.
Yes, where the vessel and location are suitable and the required permissions are in place. Our operator-guided robotic system works along accessible submerged hull surfaces while the boat remains securely moored. The camera provides a live underwater view and records the areas treated. We confirm hull condition, access, shore power and marina requirements before booking. Some vessels or fouling conditions require a haul-out or another method.
We assess sailing yachts, launches, powerboats, catamarans and working vessels individually.Suitability depends on hull shape, underwater fittings, coating condition, fouling level, berth access and local requirements. Vessel type alone does not determine whether the service can proceed.Send us your vessel details and location so we can review the appropriate next step.
Established hard growth may require a haul-out or specialist treatment before robotic maintenance can begin. If we find unsuitable fouling during an assessment or service, we record the condition and explain which areas cannot be treated by our system.Any initial recovery clean or specialist work is separate from the care plan and must be agreed before proceeding.
Please provide safe access to the vessel and berth, with the boat securely moored and continuous access to a suitable 230 V AC, 50 Hz shore power supply for the service.Any required marina or site permissions must be arranged in advance. Tell us about access restrictions, known hull damage, recent coating work or sensitive underwater equipment. We confirm these requirements with you before the booking.
No. Our report records the work completed and the condition visible at the time of the visit. It is not a biosecurity clearance or a guarantee of acceptance at your destination.Requirements vary between marinas and regions. Check the current requirements before travelling, as additional inspection, component cleaning or treatment may be needed.
Yes. We can assess a group of vessels and propose a programme based on their individual suitability, locations and operating schedules.Where access allows, visits can be grouped at the same location. Each vessel receives its own agreed scope, service record and report.Programme pricing reflects vessel size, visit frequency and the practical efficiencies available. Service remains subject to marina approval and applicable local requirements.
Complete the Request a Hull Assessment form with your vessel type, length, location and any information about the hull’s condition or last cleaning. We review the details and contact you to clarify anything missing, assess suitability and recommend a service or care plan.If an on-site assessment is needed, we explain its scope and confirm any charge before you book.
